LIFE Classes

L.I.F.E. Groups are offered throughout the year. Some are ongoing and others last 6-12 weeks. There are groups available for every age from birth to senior adult. Below you’ll find a list of our classes. Click on a tile to find out more information about a class and to register if needed.
